In 2021 we also obtained the HALAL certification. This certification guarantees that the foods, in addition to complying with Italian and European regulations on hygiene and safety, are prepared according to Islamic rules.
The term Halal means "lawful" in Arabic and indicates what is suitable for the individual to practice and consume so that he can enjoy, not only the satisfaction of the Creator, but also the harmony with his own creation and the surrounding one, understood and considered in Islamic law.
The certificate indicates that not only the requirements of the HALAL law of the food product "HALAL Food" are applied, also that the food safety and hygiene practices are strictly applied in the production of the product/service.
The certification offers consumers the opportunity to make an informed choice in line with their preferences. At the same time, with a continuous inspection mechanism provided by the HALAL food certificate, consumers can safely consume the food they buy.
WHA - World Halal Authority is an independent international Halal Certification Body and an Authority recognized by Government Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations, Halal Consumers' Associations and by the Authorities and Religious Representatives of Islam in the world.
