Even though we are two young men working in a old traditional market, including both small and larger companies which have been conveying their knowledge for many generations, we are far from being inexpert. We are the keeper of a wide fortune of knowledge since we inherited the tradition and the passion from the past with the purpose to transmit it to anybody perceiving the value of real quality.
Given that the culture of the First Rate Coffee is being displaced by the general culture of common coffee, our strong desire is to make the public aware of the high quality use.
You certainly have to try the sublime taste of chocolate coupled with a cup of excellent Coffee. The quality of products is personally checked every day in our coffee shops which are all based on the idea of combining chocolate and coffee to guarantee a couple that can wholly satisfy your taste.
The best chocolate producers, both Italian and foreign, join the classic express coffee or cappuccino or the new trend of American and Moroccan coffee, always carring the unique taste of Franco Caffè. Our coffee shops are followed by a chain-stores, in Italy and abroad, intended for anybody desirous to transmit the tradition of quality and to stimulate the coffee tasting with the all senses.
The quality of coffee remain our priority, thus all the blends we produce are the result of a careful selection of 100% Arabica, mainly originating from the Centre and South America, roasted with the passion and respect for the ancient tradition. We use beans with different origins and sapiently measure out it to achieve blends enriched with many diverse sensations, tastes and scents.
In order to guarantee the best quality we entrust to professional men with consolidated experience who provide us the best selected and machined beans, which are often directly washed in the harbour of Trieste, a site specialized in the trade of raw coffee.
All the varieties of Coffee that we propose are sold in our shops, regularly supplied with extremely fresh coffee recognizable for its stirring aroma and istantly ground for use with espresso machine or “moca”.
